MY FAMILY HOUSEHOLDING
I love my home. It is so nice to keep it clean and tidy. I do my best to help parents about the house. I have my everyday duties at home. They are to go shopping, help mother in the kitchen, put things in the right places, make the beds in the morning, take care of clothes, air the rooms. Some people believe that there are men’s and women’s duties at home. For example, fixing things is considered to be men’s work and sweeping the floor –women’s. But if you like to please your parents, you will do any kind of work about the house. My parents are always tired and busy after a hard working day. So, I try to help them in everything. I do the shopping every day after school. Besides, I sweep the floor in the kitchen and do the ironing. It is not difficult for me to fed and walk the pet. Frankly speaking, I hate to do the washing up, because it’s boring, but I do my best to overcome myself. Best of all I like to tidy the rooms and water the flowers. I think my mother is happy when I help her. There is always something to do about the house. A woman’s work is never done, so I want to be a helpful hand at home

It’s not a secret that English is the most popular and widespread language in the world nowadays. There are plenty of reasons for that. Firstly, it’s the language of English literature and Shakespeare. Secondly, it has become a really important in various fields, such as, tourism, business, medicine, education, IT, law, etc. Thirdly, English is a melodic and practical language to learn. Other than that, knowledge of English opens endless opportunities in career development and studies. Many international students travel to English-speaking countries to improve their knowledge and speaking skills. They know that this guarantees rapid career development in the future, because almost all modern spheres of commerce and business are based on English. Being a high school student, I fully understand this, so I try to master my language skills in every possible way. I’ve been learning English since I was five. It was always interesting for me to learn some new words. I’ve had good teachers, who developed further my interest. While I was at secondary school, we had a group of English students visiting our school. I thought it was a good chance to practice my speaking skills. At first, it wasn’t easy but gradually I understood all they were saying and started responding in brief phrases. I made many friends during this educational exchange and we still keep in touch. At the moment I’m a high school student and I know which profession I’m going to pursue in the future. I would really like to become an interpreter. It’s going to be rather difficult to pass some serious tests in English, but I will try my best. I’m sure I will need these skills in the future.
