Team of the project

In business plan we have noted, if a participant or participants, for some reasons the team cannot continue in the project, this fact is recorded in the "Changes" section and shall be signed by the responsible persons.
Unfortunately one of the members of the team has stopped participating in the project for some personal reasons. All the work related to the assembly and programming was performed by the team of 4 people

The project as all projects in our Universe has three types of scopes (figure 12).
- Budget
Project budget amount to 100 EUR. The souse of financing is money allocation from L. S. Chechurin (Appendix 1). In accordance with financial report (X. Financial report) project cost is about 30 EUR. It means that the project was developed in budget scopes.
- Time
In accordance with project deadlines provided by L. S.Chechurin the project duration should be about 13 weeks. The project was made for 12 weeks. The distribution of spent hours is represented below.
- Context
The distribution of responsibilities for the project, including the executor, is shown in the table below.
Every typical project includes 4 stages:
· Project initialization (generation of ideas, choice of ideas, development of a patent)
· Planning (development of a plan, budget, search for necessary materials, risk assessment)
· Implementation (purchase of parts, generation of implementation options, design, programming, assembly)
· Closing (testing of the system, preparation of financial statements and final presentation)
Below you can see the table which is showing the terms for the continuation of each stage, the estimated and actual duration.

The diagram of spent hours by project stages is represented at the figure 13.

Spent hours were fixed in time sheets .All teammates has the personal list divided by weeks where he or she should record all tasks made during a week and time spent for these tasks. More than that, everybody tried to estimate planned duration of different tasks. The estimate is approximate.

As we can see at the figure 15, it was spent about 205 hours for the project. These hours include two types of works shown in the table below.
