The third question was asked to outcome frequent factors that may causes examination phobia. Each learner specified personal factors. Few learners see that “fear of failure”, “getting bad marks” and “lack of preparation” are the main causes to have phobia. The other pointed to “time limited”, “lack of self- confident” and “anxiety” causes them examination phobia. Furthermore, other learners don’t answer at this question; this may assume that they have not examination phobia.

The sixth item was aimed to reach if the way of testing and detailed study can cause phobia among students. According to learners’ answers, we investigate that most of them are agree with this statement i.e. they have phobia from the teachers style in testing and asking question which makes them uncomfortable during answers. Whereas, few of learners answer by “no”; it means that they don’t caused phobia. These learners understand very well all lectures and they got excellent marks.

The last question was intended to identify whether the mismanagement of examination hall affects learners performance. Few of learner answer by “Yes”, they affect with mismanagement of examination; whereas, the other learners don’t affect with it. We assume that the mismanagement can be a factor to hinder students’ performance and can be not according to characteristic of learners themselves because they are coming for learning and ca not let this factor effect on their performance.

Students’ Questionnaire

The student’s questionnaire describes a different stressed statement that the learners may experience it before and during exams, and in order to understand to what extent are the sources of exam phobia that is the reason behind learners getting negative results, we find questionnaire could be a helpful way in achieving the goals of the current study.
