Exercise 2. Find the articles in English abstracts. What articles do authors use mostly (a, the or noting)?
Exercise 3. What can you say about the authors’ style of writing (think about language clichés, typical grammar structures)? Why do the abstracts look similar?

Transition to market economy dictates necessity of basic changes for approaches to personnel maintenance of agrarian manufacture. After overcoming the economy crisis only those forms of management that have highly intellectual staff are able to satisfy the demand for new products, goods, and services. The highly demanded scarce trades, acquired by persons by laborious work and study, become a version of the capital.

In this article the basic methods of an estimation of economic risks are described. Analysis and approbation of the mostly recognized methods of the quantitative risk analyses, particularly modern simulation and modelling, are performed. It contains some new information about existing heuristic, economic-mathematical and economic-statistical methods of an estimation of logistics risks.

В статье раскрывается способ формирования капитала современной корпорации – конфигурация нескольких совместимых между собой видов капитала, обеспечивающая необходимую социально-экономическую эффективность корпоративного бизнеса. Конфигурация капитала является одной из новых категорий экономической науки, еще не получившей широкого распространения, но обладающей существенным эвристическим потенциалом. Авторы исходят из того, что конфигурация капитала корпорации естественным образом вырастает в процессе противоречивого взаимодействия физического, человеческого, финансового, рыночного и других видов капиталов.

MODERN CORPORATION CAPITAL’S COFIGURATION

This article discloses the way of modern corporation capital’s formation – a configuration of several correlating types of capital, providing necessary social-economic effectiveness of the corporation business. This configuration of the capital is one of the new categories of the economic science, not yet widely recognized, but possessing of essential heuristic potential. The authors base on the assumption that the configuration of the corporation’s capital naturally forms in the process of contradictory interrelation of physical, humane, financial, market and other types of the capital.
