The contest of educational specialists, associated with the contest of children's subject animation, aims at promoting the animation as mean of personal growth through the development of children's imagination, creativity, and first and foremost, through the creation of conditions for the development of the ability to understand others and be understood. Cartoon characters created by children, allow them to move into the space of animation their experience, hopes and dreams. On the one hand, it helps the audience (parents, teachers) to see that sometimes the child is not ready to tell verbally. On the other hand it helps to visualize his inner world of a child through the finished animated film. Thus, it’s possible speak on the formation of the author's position in relation to the created their animated film, as well as in relation to himself and to the world. Animation is a tool for personal development of the child and not an end in itself.
The role of the adult (teacher or parent) is an assistant in the process of creating an animated film. It does not dominate the role of a child-creator and it’s lost with the increase of children's skills.
