Present Simple - настоящее время
Время Present Simple когда речь идет о регулярно повторяющихся действиях, событиях с определенной периодичностью, общеизвестных фактах (Земля - круглая, небо - синее, Путин - честный...) обобщениях (кошки любят есть мышек), а также когда мы говорим о расписании в ближайшем будущем.
Важно знать, что к глаголам, которые употребляются в единственном числе и третьем лице (он, она, оно, а также everybody, nobody, not everybody) прибавляется окончание -s/es
Например:
I learn English - He learns English.
We play football - Everybody plays football.
You go to school - My brother (he) goes to school.
Для образования вопросов и отрицаний используются вспомогательные глаголы DO/DOES
Например:
Do you like to learn English? (Тебе нравиться изучать английский язык?)
Does he play football? (Он играет в футбол?)
I do not read books. (Я не читаю книги)
She does not love cats. (Она не любит кошек)
