В новом задании 40 считается, что это я сам провел опрос или я взял откуда-то данные?
Данные вы нашли в открытых источниках. Об этом нужно сказать во вступительной части. (Я выполняю проект по такой-то теме и нашёл готовые данные в открытых источниках, которые необходимо проанализировать).
В задании 40 нужно ли писать отдельный абзац на каждый пункт плана.
Это необязательно, но лучше написать по одному абзацу на каждый пункт. Тогда вы ничего не забудете.
