INFORMATION LETTER
Dear colleagues!
Perm National Research Polytechnic University and Department of Economics and Finance invite University teaching staff, researchers and practitioners to participate in the 5th international scientific-practical conference "INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT of ECONOMY: TRENDS AND PROSPECTS", which will take place on the 20th of April 2018 at the address: Russian Federation, Perm, Komsomolsky prospect, b. 29.
The aim of the conference is to highlight the results of scientific research trends and prospects of innovative development of the economy in separate countries, regions, businesses, as well as to summarize the experience of the organization and financing of innovation, management of innovations at different levels. We invite to participate University teachers, scientists, practitioners and managers at all levels. Working languages of the conference are English and Russian.
The conference will be held in the following main directions (sections):
1. Theoretical and methodological problems of innovative development
2. Digital economy and financial technologies
3. Modelling of processes of companies’ value creation.
4. Forms, factors and tools of progressive development of enterprises and territories
Registration of the participants - from 9:30, plenary session will be held from 10:00 to 12:00, session sections - from 13:00 till 16:00.
Papers presented at the conference will be published as conference proceedings with the assignment of the Russian science citation index. Materials to be accepted should follow the topic of the conference and shouldn’t have been previously published. Articles provided for the publication should reflect the results of theoretical, methodological and applied researches; contain a brief statement of relevance, objectives, methodology of research and analysis of the obtained results.
Paper submission requirements
The structure of a scientific paper:
- the initials and surname of the author in bold in the top right corner;
- name of the country, the city and the organization which represents the author, e-mail in bold font in the top right corner;
- title of the article in capital letters in bold in the center;
- abstract (up to 100 words) at left side with the indentation;
- keywords (7 words) at left side with the indentation;
- the text of the paper (5-10 pages), including the relevance, purpose, methods (methodology) of the study, the main results and conclusions;

Scientific paper layout:
• sheet size A4;
• Microsoft Word version 97-2010 (doc, rtf);
• font is Time New Roman 14, line spacing - 1,0, text alignment across the width of the page;
• top, bottom, left and right margins - 2 cm, first line indent 1.25 cm;
• page numbers at the bottom center;
• quotation marks in the form: «…»;
• all formulas, as well as the individual elements of formulas should be made in the Word equation editor program;
• all figures and diagrams should be in black and white;
• tables and figures are placed in the manuscript text. The text should include references to figures and tables. All figures and tables should have a number and title. The name of the table is over a table field on the left and the picture under the picture in the center. Drawings should be drawn up in the editor programs reliably compatible with MS Word;
• references to primary sources in the text are enclosed in square brackets indicating the page number, for example, [7, p. 24];
• bibliographic references are to be given at the end of the article in the order as they are mentioned in the text. The layout of the references should conform to the requirements of GOST 7.0.5-2008.
Responsibility for the veracity of the materials and information given in the articles, the accuracy of citations and references to official documents and other sources lies with the authors. All submitted articles are checked for plagiarism. The minimum level of the text originality is 85 %. All articles are subject to mandatory review before publication.
The conference organizing committee and editorial board have the right for competitive selection of submitted papers. Articles arranged with violation of these terms of publication are not submitted. The articles from undergraduate and graduate students are not accepted, but the articles from teachers in collaboration with students can be submitted.

Receiving of the paper and registration form by the organizing committee confirms the author's permission to the processing of personal data by the conference organizing.
Application for participation in the conference and materials for publication should be sent in electronic form to the address: npk.pnipu@mail.ru not later than April 30, 2018. Please call the file by the name of the first author (Ivanov_paper.doc, Ivanov_registration form.doc).
Authors pretending for full-time participation with presentation are requested to send to the address: npk.pnipu@mail.ru the file with presentation up to 15th of April, 2018.
